Refund Policy
We want every drink to hit the spot. But if something’s gone wrong, we’ll do our best to fix it.
Time Limit
To request a refund, you must speak to a member of staff within 10 minutes of receiving your drink. Refund requests made after this window may not be accepted.
What You’ll Need
• Your original receipt (paper or digital)
• The drink in question (don’t bin it, we may need to see it)
No Refunds For
• Not liking the taste. Everyone’s got different tastes, and we get that. But trying something new and not loving it doesn’t qualify for a refund.
• Custom orders gone wrong due to unclear instructions. We'll always double-check, but if you've asked for something specific and then change your mind, that’s on you.
Valid Reasons for Refunds May Include:
• You received the wrong drink
• Your drink was missing an advertised ingredient or topping
• A verified issue with freshness, temperature, or preparation
All refund decisions are at the discretion of the on-site team, based on our fair-use policy
